"If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. I've been a client of the clinic since 2019, and have consistently received amazing service. The staff are polite and friendly, very professional, and have a great wealth of knowledge. They are also willing to go above and beyond for their patients; squeezing in that last minute appointment, giving advice over the phone, ordering medication for same day collection, and more. I recently visited with my 13-year-old dog on a stinking hot day. He had chosen to sit outside and wasn't really keen to move much, so we completed our consult outside. Of course with the heat, my dog was panting, but Dr Marta picked up that his gums were slightly pale and wanted to do some additional tests. Thanks to these few tests and recommendations for some follow-up imaging, he has now been on medication for Cushing's Disease for just over a week, and I've noticed a massive improvement. If it hadn't been for Dr Marta picking up something so subtle, we might not have known he had this condition until it had become much more advanced. I would also like to thank Dr Robyn for her compassion and transparency with our imaging results; it must be very difficult to explain to a patient that their dog might have a serious and life-limiting condition.
